Irina Korzun, trademark attorney, Alexander Nesterov, paralegal, “Gorodissky & Partners” (Moscow) took part in 23rd Annual Conference of European Community Trademark Association (ECTA) held in Funchal, Madeira, Portugal.
A number of topical issues on the European Community enlargement, the European court practice, litigation at the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), procedure of the European trademark registration and the registration of marks under the Madrid Agreement were discussed at the Conference. The Conference gathered 630 delegates and 84 guests from 68 countries.
