Cisco to create software house in Russia

Cisco Systems and the State Committee for Telecommunications have signed a memorandum, proving that the vendor meets the regulator's requirements for work in the Russian telecommunications market. One of the terms is that a foreign company should have a local production. In this connection, Cisco is considering establishing a local company that would specialize in the development of software.
