Sonet Technologies completes charity project at Russian Scientific Technical Library

Sonet Technologies has announced that it has completed an upgrade of a local network of the State Public Scientific Technical Library of Russia. The systems integrator laid over 4,000 meters of twisted pair and 350 meters of fiber optic cable from Alcatel, installed 73 Ethernet and 10 Fast Ethernet adapters, three eight-port and six 16-port hubs from Surecom. All the work was performed free of charge.
