British American Tabacco, CSS International sign service agreement

British American Tabacco (BAT) and CSS International have reached a one-year agreement for the service support of computer systems installed at BAT enterprises in Russia. The contract calls for CSS International to provide warranty and post-warranty support, the delivery and installation of new equipment, and the upgrade of software at the customer's tabacco factories in Moscow, Saratov and St. Petersburg. The contract is valued at about $250,000.
