CHS-Verysell signs two distribution agreements

CHS-Verysell has announced that it has concluded two new distribution agreements - with Cabletron Systems and IMV. Under the terms of the contract with Cabletron, the distributor will sell its network hardware for a value of $2 million per year, with the first order to be worth $250,000. The other contract calls for CHS-Verysell to distribute low end and entry level uninterruptible power supplies. If a unit requires installation services they will be provided by Ecoprog, a partner of IMV. The financial terms of this contract were not disclosed.
