“Gorodissky & Partners” and the association of branded goods manufacturers “RusBrand” held a round-table on enforcement of trademark holders’ rights in Russia, in particular trademark infringement litigation and other issues.
Vladimir Biriulin, lawyer, Ludmila Serova, trademark attorney, Anton Bankovsky and Mark Chizhenok, attorneys at law, Vladimir Mesheriakov, all “Gorodissky & Partners” (Moscow) delivered topics at the round-table. Among the participants were the representatives of companies owning the well-known brands, such as “Wella”, “Rostik Group”, “Unilever”, “Adidas”, “Nike”, “Nutricia” and others.
