Deputy minister of communications to leave his position
Naum Marder, deputy minister of communications and information, has announced that he is leaving the Ministry. Mr. Marder was in charge of telecommunications networks development and licensing. His duties will probably be passed to first deputy of communications and information Yuri Pavlenko.
