Golden Telecom announces annual results
Golden Telecom has announced the results of its work in 1999. In Q4 1999, the company recorded total revenue of $25.4 million and total income of $3.8 million. Q4 losses amounted to $4.1 million, or $0.18 per share. In 1999, Golden Telecom revenue grew by 14 percent compared with 1998 to $97.9 million and annual income totaled $19.2 million. The company also announced that it had completed a merger of its three subsidiaries – Sovam Teleport, TeleRoss and Telephone Communications of Moscow. Now only one company – TeleRoss – exists, working under the Golden Telecom brand.
