Rospatent to spend DM 49 million on hardware and software
The Russian government has made a decision to attract a loan from German banks to finance equipment and software procurement by Rospatent for the upgrade of its information infrastructure. Of the DM 49 million to be attracted, DM 16.5 million is to be allocated this year, and the rest – in 2001. The Ministry of Trade of the Russian Federation was assigned to oversee the project.
