Comstar to postpone network development
According to Igor Lobovsky, commercial director of Comstar, a Moscow-based overlay telephone operator owned by MGTS and Marconi, his company has made a decision to suspend using a $75 million loan provided by the British government in 1993. The loan was provided in the form of telecommunications equipment and was aimed at the development of Comstar network. Mr. Lobovsky says the remaining $13-15 million won't be used because his company's network has already reached sufficient capacity and coverage.Comstar: (+7 095) 956-00-00 www.comstar.ru
