Sviazinvest expects 7 billion roubles profit in 1999
Sviazinvest has announced the results of its activities for the first nine months of 1999. According to general director of Sviazinvest Valery Yashin, the value of investments decreased from $1 billion over the same period in 1998 down to $308 million. In 1998 the holding subsidiaries put into operation 1,750,000 subscriber lines, while in 1999 - only 1 million.
