Sviazinvest holds extraordinary shareholders meeting
The telecommunications holding company Sviazinvest has held an extraordinary meeting of its shareholders. The meeting approved a number of changes to the company's charter, including new rules for the elections of general director and more active position in managing Sviazinvest subsidiaries. The meeting also confirmed the government's intention to sell 25 percent minus two shares of the holding to one or more investors next year.
