Communications regulator brings action against antimonopoly ministry

The Ministry of Communications and Information has applied to the Moscow arbitrary court with a suit against the Ministry of Antimonopoly Policy and Support of Entrepreneurship. The action was caused by a decision earlier made by the antimonopoly agency to oblige the telecommunications regulator to allow CDMA operators to offer mobile telephony services.
