Cisco equips Sverdlovskaya railway

Sverdlovskaya railway is taking delivery of ATM equipment from Cisco Systems. The vendor will supply the Cisco VSC2700 virtual switch controller and the ATM Catalyst 8540MSR multi-service switch as part of a project to build a transit telephone network of the customer, being carried out by the systems integrator Microtest. The delivery is to be completed by the end of the year.
