DPI presents new Apple notebooks

DPI Group, the distributor of Apple in Russia has demonstrated new portable computers from Apple, iBook. The company also presented wireless Internet access equipment AirPortCard and AirPort Base Station. The base station can support data exchange at 11 mbps with up to 10 iBook computers equipped with AirPortCard adapters. It is also bundled with a 10BASE-T card and a 56 kbps modem. The new hardware will become available in Russia by the end of October at $1,920 for iBook, $120 for AirPortCard, and $345 for AirPort Base Station.
