Dr. Anatoly N. Pavlovsky
Graduated from Moscow State Geological Prospecting University in 1971 as a mechanical engineer, then - from Central Institute of Intellectual Property (Moscow). Holds a degree in economics.
Started his career as an engineer in R & D Institute "PromNIIprojekt" (Moscow) in 1971. For 18 years worked in the Russian Patent Office as an examiner, Deputy Chief of Department and Deputy Director General.
From 1993 till 1998 worked in the major IP firm.
In 1998 joined "Gorodissky & Partners" as a partner. From 2001 he is a Senior partner.
Has a substantial experience in patent matters including infringement of patent owners' rights.
He has more than 40 publications on various topics relating to industrial property protection. Regularly delivers presentations at conferences and seminars.
Member of AIPPI, LESI, Russian Patent Attorneys Association and Legal Commission of the Russian Patent Office,
Speaks English and German.
