Volzhsky Pipe Plant
The Plant has been founded in 1970 and is an API-certified manufacturer of welded and seamless pipes of more than 800 standard sizes:
- welded and seamless of general purpose
- welded spiral pipes for oil-trunk pipelines (with coating including)
- with factory three-layer coating on the basis of extruded polyethylene
- with factory epoxy coating
- welded spiral pipes for heating systems
- seamless for oil and gas pipelines
- pipe casings with relevant joints
- for steam-boilers and steam lines
- for crude oil refining and chemical industry
- for corrosion-resistant steels and alloys
- ball bearing.
The plant has quality assurance system certified to comply with international standards EN ISO 9001:1994 / ISO 9001:1994 / API Q1
The plant products are certified in accordance with standards АРI, DIN, ASNT and others.
The plant consists of 5 producing departments and more than 10 service shops.
The capacity amounts to:
- 1,100,000 t of continuously cast circular and square section steel billets
- 1,090,000 t of seamless pipes
- 635,000 t of welded spiral pipes.
