Telia becomes co-owner of Telecominvest
Swedish Telia has purchased 29.5 percent of Luxemburg-based First National Holding, which, in turn, owns 51 percent of Telecominvest. Having gained control over almost 15 percent of Telecominvest shares, Telia says that it now has “an opportunity to strengthen its position in one of the most important of the developing markets”.
