RUSLAN Communications builds ATM network in Chelyabinsk

RUSLAN Communications has announced that is has completed a project to build an ATM network for Sviazinform of the Chelyabinsk region. The network is based on Nortel and other vendors’ equipment. The project also involved the creation of a corporate network of the public operator. Once the operator gets return on investments into the newly-built system, RUSLAN Communications plans to expand it.
