MCC to offer Internet access
According to Moscow Cellular Communications marketing manager Alexander Manoshkin, his company has been granted licenses for the provision of Internet access and plans to start offering this service in the middle of January 2000. MCC has already signed an agreement with Macomnet for the provision of a leased line and purchased Cisco Systems equipment.
