Soros Foundation completes University Centers of Internet project
The Open Society Institute (Soros Foundation) has opened University Centers of Internet in Makhachkala and Kaliningrad and announced the respective program finished. The center in Makhachkala is equipped with 93 IBM workstations, while the center in Kaliningrad - with 47. The Institute has established a total of 33 Internet centers in Russia, with each project valued at about $700,000.Soros
