FCSM to regulate Internet Share Dealing
The Federal Commission for Stock Market has launched a program called Control to help regulate share dealing activities on the Internet. According to the Commission, a lack of regulation leads to a large number of crimes related to illegal circulation of securities. The commission says hardest hit are Russian investors buying foreign shares over the Internet.
