Eureka completes first stage of Ministry of Defense project

Eureka has announced that it has completed the first stage of a project to automate the Ministry of Defense medical services. According to Eureka public relations manager Nadezhda Maksimovich, the project was started in January 1999. It runs for at least four years and includes four stages. So far, the contractor has developed a draft project. Further plans call for the creation of a network, interconnecting different medical services of the customer, the installation of local area networks in them, the delivery of about 800 workstations and 16 servers manufactured by Eureka itself.
