Lanit completes first stage of UOMP project
Lanit has completed the first stage of a project to implement Unigraphics software at the Ural Optical Mechanics Plant. According to Lanit CAD department director Sergey Maryin, the contract calls for his company build a structured cable system, deliver computer equipment, provide personnel training, and implement the CAD systems. So far the systems integrator has created an SCS for 27 workplaces and has installed Unigraphics and Solid Edge software.
