Informix completes modernization of Kazakhstan Treasury information system
Informix has announced that it is currently completing a project to upgrade the information system of Kazakhstan Treasury. According to Informix business development director Alexander Sotnikov, his company won this contract through its partner - Corvus - which works as a systems integrator and applied software supplier in the project. The vendor delivered Informix Dynamic Server for Linux and The Informix Gateway to the Future. Mr. Sotnikov says the project consists of several stages. The first stage called for the implementation of the software in some of the customer's 15 regional branches. The final stage involves the installation of the products in the rest of the offices, including the main office.
