Electon-Handheld Computers buys Internet provider
Electon-Handheld Computers has announced that it has acquired the Internet service provider Magellan. General director of Magellan became a member of Electon-Handheld Computers board of directors. Following this merger, the shareholders' meeting of Electon-Handheld Computers made a decision to rename its company to Electon. The trade marks Handheld Computers and Magellan will be used by Electon in the activities of its divisions.
