Kyocera prepares specialists for service centers
APT, the exclusive distributor of Kyocera in Russia, has announced that it has completed the first stage of the development of a network of service centers. The stage called for the selection of regional firms which would be responsible for the support of Kyocera printers, and for respective training of two employees at each of those firms. The right to provide warranty support for Kyocera laser printers was granted to St. Petersburg-based ICS TM, Nizhny Novgorod-based Intek, Ekaterinburg-based Korus AKS, Novosibirsk-based CopyService, and Komsomolsk-on-Amur-based KNAAPO.
