ELKO and Cityline combine to promote Genius modems

ELKO Moscow has announced a marketing program. The program enables any buyer of the Genius 56PCI-L modem made by KYE Systems to get a voucher for three free hours of online time through the Internet service provider Cityline. ELKO Moscow signed a distribution agreement with KYE Systems in August. According to ELKO general manager Alexander Budilov, his company has allocated a monthly advertising budget of $10,000 for the promotion of Genius modems in Russia and is now planning a number of other incentive measures.
