Employment and Job Opportunities in Intermedservice Company

More than 300 highly qualified employees work in Intermedservice Company, and they are constantly improving their professional skills level. Most of them have medical or pharmaceutical education, and some have academic degrees.

The Company fulfills its activity according to the ideology «Learning Company». The basic goal of this department is the search and development of new products and technologies for Russian medicine. Methods of collective creative activity invented and approved in LIT become an instrument for the development of other departments. Male/female, age 25 - 35 years, degree in medicine; additional background in marketing is desirable.
Not less than one year experience in marketing. Knowledge of technologies and experience in conducting marketing researches; experience in new products development; knowledge of data processing techniques and experience of working with databases; skills in structuring big information contents; experience of working with manufacturing companies; experience in conducting negotiations and participating in exhibitions and fairs.

Training Manager
Male/female, age 27 - 40 years, higher education.
Experience of training system design in the company with more than 200 people.
Experience in organization, maintenance and control of educational process; evaluating the personnel; revealing and analyzing the need for training; planning and managing the training process; remote training; designing the training programs and methodical materials; designing and implementing the system for evaluation of the achieved results.
Three years experience of conducting trainings; skills and experience in psychological consultation.
Knowledge of any remote training program; knowledge of BSC or other system for goals control is desirable.
