About the branch
Chelyabinsk branch was registered in January 11, 1996.
Spheres of business activity of the branch are diverse and include the work with high technology medical, dental, physiotherapeutical and cosmetologic equipment, the newest medical products for the treatment of oncological and hematological patients. The list of our products includes more than 1000 names of various products used in the specified areas.
The branch is responsible for the territory of the Ural Federal District including the following subjects of the Russian Federation: - Sverdlovsk Region
- Chelyabinsk region
- Perm region
- Tyumen region
- Orenburg region
- Kurgan region
- Republic of Bashkortostan
For the period of 7 years the branch has been constantly improving methods of its, and at present Intermedservice Company occupies the leading position in the Ural Federal District. Staff of the branch includes highly professional medical representatives, who represent the whole range of the Company’s products in proper way. Highly organized warehouses and delivery services allow to deal with any customer in the specified territory efficiently, in compliance with all necessary storage and delivery requirements iregarding medicines. Availability of a skilled engineer allows to provide the customers dealing with us in the sphere of medical equipment, with quality services.
Improving together with the Company, studying and using peculiarities of regional markets in own servicing spheres, the branch today is a united and well organized mechanism. We are capable to respond promptly to any changes in the market conditions offering the products of the highest quality both in the field of medicines and equipment, and in the field of services. Our structure allows us to introduce innovative technologies to the market within the framework of the Company’s general development strategy.
About our team
At present the team of the branch consists of fourteen persons: manager, five medical representatives, three customer-managers, two forwarding agents, pharmacist, service engineer and secretary. Senior customer-manager Zhuravskaya Elena Alekseevna is the most experienced employee, who has been working since the date of the branch foundation. All employees working in the branch at present have taken difficult course of self-improvement and learnt to work in a team, that’s why they are now a united and mobile team working on principles of mutual understanding. Being a team member, everyone has got the opportunity of self-actualization and the opportunity to show his best qualities. All employees of the branch pay great attention to educational process within the framework of training programs of the Company as well as to self-education, what results in professional growth and improvement of qualification. In general, the team of the branch looks into the future with optimism and intends to further positive development.
