Our goal
Our goal is to be a conductor of modern reproductive technologies and to
satisfy the need of our customers for high-quality equipment, materials,

Urgency
Every fifth family in Russia is childless. Simple calculation shows that
about 3 million couples need treatment for infertility.
IVF is the most effective method of infertility treatment. It helps to
receive positive results (pregnancy) practically in all couples (taking
into account donor programs). Frequency of pregnancy counting on one attempt
is 30-50 % in successful IVF-CENTRES, which exceeds frequency of natural
conception (20 % counting on one copulation cycle) and many times exceeds
the results of other infertility treatment methods (total 13-17 % in all
routine treatment methods for the whole life).
What is IVF
IVF procedure consists of the following stages:
- selection and examination of patients
- induction of superovulation including follicular and endometrial
development monitoring
- paracentesis of ovary follicles
- insemination of ovocytes and cultivation of embryos in vitro
- transfer of embryos in uterine cavity
- support of luteal phase of stimulated menstrual cycle
- pregnancy detection
In cases of severe male sterility (oligospermia, asthenospermia, and even
azoospermia) the procedure of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) is
recommended. In contrast to standard IVF program that requires a plenty
of spermatozoons for successful results, in ICSI program only one spermatozoon
is placed into ovocyte cytoplasm, therefore quality of sperm, as a rule,
does not influence frequency of fertilization and subsequent division.
