Golden Telecom buys share in ISP in Nizhny Novgorod

Golden Telecom has announced that it has acquired a 51 percent controlling interest in Commercial Information Networks, a Novgorod-based ISP. According to Golden Telecom PR manager Irena Fadeeva, her company plans to invest about $500,000 in the ISP by the end of the year.
