BINCom opens office in Moscow

BINCom, a German company, specializing in telecommunications consulting services, has opened an office in Moscow. The office is managed by Oleg Pavlov, formerly vice president for marketing and sales of BJF Smart Systems. According to Mr. Pavlov, the Moscow office will mainly be responsible for finding customers, while the services will be provided by the German specialists of BINCom. Currently, the company is involved in two projects in Russia – one to expand the network and the range of services of “one regional operator”, and the other to launch e-commerce service at the network of “one national operator”.
