Techno-S.Petersburg completes stage of Aurora project

Techno-S.Petersburg has announced that it has completed the creation of a structured cable system at the main office of Aurora, which interconnected the customer’s networks in its CAD and telecommunications departments. According to Techno-S.Petersburg commercial director Igor Yakovlev, his company used Molex, Cisco, 3Com and Intel equipment. The SCS supports 230 workplaces. Further plans calls for the delivery of several Hewlett-Packard servers, about 40 workplaces from one of the Russian vendors, as well as Autodesk and Microsoft software.
