Ru-Net Holdings created

Baring Vostok Capital Partners and United Financial Group have announced that they have created a joint venture. Called Ru-Net Holdings, the new company will specialize in investments in Russian Internet projects. Initial investments are expected to total about $20 million. The holding has already acquired 51 percent of the online shop Ozone. The next investment of about $5 million will be announced within the next two weeks.
