Road traffic monitoring system to be built in Moscow

Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov has signed a decree “On the creation of a road traffic monitoring system in Moscow”. The project will be managed by the Road Traffic Management Center that is being created now. The Moscow government will finance equipment and software procurements.
