IT Reports results of Structured Cable System Sales in 1999

IT has announced the results of its sales of IT-SCS last year. The systems integrator reports that its revenue derived from IT-SCS sales totaled $5.5 million, or $2.5 million less than in 1998. Sales to customers in Moscow and the Moscow region decreased by 10 percent. Sales to customers in other parts of Russia increased by 10 percent. Sales to partners increased by 5 percent. The systems integrator also announced a new partner program, which calls for additional discounts of 3-5 percent on IT-SCS for partners, and a further discount of up to 3 percent if a partner orders the SCS through IT-Rhythm online system. In the near future, IT plans to introduce a scheme through which its partners will be allowed to delay their payments for the SCS by 30-45 days. Other plans call for the creation of regional warehouses based on local partners.
