Landata buys half of online shop

Landata has announced that it has signed an agreement with Intershop-Dostavka for the acquisition of 50 percent of its shares. Through the shop, the company plans to sell computers and peripherals of all of its vendors mainly to SOHO customers. According to Landata marketing manager Sergey Golovin, initially his company considered creating its own online shop, but then made a decision to acquire part of Intershop-Dostavka, “which is already profitable”.
