Detecon, Gostelecom looking for contractor for Telrus project

The State Committee for Telecommunications of the Russian Federation and the representative of the European Union Detecon are looking for a contractor for the Telrus project. The $60,000 project calls for the reforming of the Russian telecommunications legislation and is financed by the European Union in the framework of the TACIS program.
