ICL-KPO VS to automate regional branches of Tatarstan Posts

ICL-KPO VS has signed a contract with the Department of Postal Communications of Tatarstan for the automation of accounting functions in its 44 regional branches. The contractor is expected to implement the BEST-4 system and organize data transmission to the main office of the customer. By the end of the year, eight branches are to be automated. The contract also includes customer training.
