Plus Communications, Kubanelectrosviaz to build multiservice network

Plus Communications and Kubanelectrosviaz have started the first stage of a project to build a multiservice network in the Krasnodar region. The stage calls for the creation of an IP network and is to be completed by September. The contract was won by Plus Communications in a tender where it offered Cisco Systems equipment. The project is financed in the form of a leasing.
