ALROSA prolongs tender
ALROSA has been forced to prolong a tender it holds to choose a prime contractor for the creation of an information system. In April the company sent invitations to eight companies: PriceWaterhouseCoopers, SAP, Ankey, Parus, Andersen Consulting, IBS, Sterling Group and Unicon. Currently ALROSA is considering three of them - IBS, Unicon and Sterling Group - which have entered the final stage of the tender. The whole project is expected to be valued at several million dollars and the tender conditions include a requirement to the participants to provide their suggestions on possible ways of financing.
