Omniband Group completes MVD pilot project

Omniband Group has announced that it completed a pilot project to create a wireless digital telephone line for the Ministry of Interior (MVD) of the Russian Federation. The line based on BreezeCOM equipment interconnects the Scientific and Manufacturing Company Special Technology and Communications and the Main Computer Center of MVD. According to Omniband Group general director Sergey Igumenov, after the line had been tested and the customer had made a decision to use BreezeCOM equipment in its projects. In the nearest future the ministry plans to build wireless networks based on BreezeCOM hardware in Stavropolsky kray.
