Valery Medvedev, Sergey Dudushkin, Elena Nazina, Alexander Vasilets, all “Gorodissky & Partners" (Moscow) and Nina Moshynska, Julia Grabovska and Dmitry Zholner "Gorodissky & Partners" (Kiev, Ukraine) took part in the 39th Congress AIPPI in Geneva, Switzerland.
The Program included the Plenary Sessions focused on industrial applicability as requirements for patentability, registration of “non-conventional” trademarks, database protection, etc. Workshops were held to deal with all the main aspects of IP Rights enforcement.
