Dealine becomes Dell Systems distributor

Two companies in the IBS Group - Dealine and Dell Systems - have signed a distribution agreement. The contract grants Dealine the rights of the first and only distributor of Dell Systems in Russia. According to Dealine general director Georgy Polikhronidi, Dell Systems equipment is expected to rank the third in his company’s sales volumes – after Hewlett-Packard and Compaq (the latter still accounts for 14 percent of Dealine revenue). According to Dell Systems general director Alexander Shtalenkov, now his company sells only 10 percent of its hardware through its 70 dealers and the contract with Dealine is supposed to help increase the sales in the country’s regions.
