Telecominvest appoints new deputy general director

Telecominvest has announced that Vladimir Akulich has been appointed as deputy general director. Previously, Mr. Akulich worked as director for construction at Petersburg Telephone Network. In his new capacity Mr. Akulich will be responsible for the implementation of new technologies, Internet projects and the development of the telecommunications infrastructure of St. Petersburg.
