Another multimillion Internet project announced

Association Gosincor-Holding has announced that it has founded a company called Universe On-Line to manage a new Internet project. The authorized capital of the new company is $30 million, of which $10 million have already been provided by the founders. The ownership structure of Universe On-Line is as follows: 51 percent will be owned by the founders, 20 percent – by the partners, and the remaining 29 percent will be sold at public auctions in next year. The declared main target of the company is to create “ a really profitable Internet portal”. The project is expected to breakeven in 21 months and to start bringing profits in five to six years. Universe On-Line now employs 150 people and is managed by Yuri Rovensky. Plans are to eventually increase the number of employees to 250.
