RadioTel, Telecom XXI appoint new general directors

The shareholders meeting of St. Petersburg-based trunking operator RadioTel has assigned Sergey Muranevich as general director. Previously, Mr. Muranevich was marketing manager of St. Petersburg Payphones. Former general director of RadioTel Andrey Rumyantsev moved as general director to Telecom XXI, a company that has applied to the Ministry of Communications and Information for a GSM license.
