RUSLAN Communications becomes Alcatel partner

RUSLAN Communications has signed a partnership agreement with Alcatel. The contract grants the Russian company the status of Alcatel system partner and enables it to purchase Alcatel equipment for cable systems directly from the vendor. In order to get the status, RUSLAN Communications had two of its employees trained on the Alcatel Expert program.
