Sonera launches new fiber optic line

Sonera Rus has announced that from the General State Supervisory Department for Communications has granted it a permission to use its new finer optic line. The link interconnects Moscow and St. Petersburg, and it is called FROG (Finland-Russian Optical Gateway).
